ORDERING
Q: Do I have to create an account at XPPO Direct.com in order to make a purchase?
A: No. However creating and account by registering your name, address, and billing information will allow you to save your cart for return visits, use the express lane during checkout, as well as other great features.

Q: Does XPPO Direct.com accept phone orders?
A: No. All ordering, price quotes, stock status and shipping quotes are provided online or by email.

Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart. Final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.

Q: Why is my credit card not being accepted during checkout?
A: The name and billing address used during the checkout process MUST be identical to the name and billing address that your credit card company has on file.

Q: How long does it generally take to process an order?
A: It usually takes up to two business days for us to process an order (prior to shipping it). Once the order has shipped, your estimated time of arrival will be determined by the selected shipping method. Estimated shipping dates are based on several factors, including how quickly we can obtain and assemble items for shipment.

Q: What happens when an item is out-of-stock?
A: Not all products listed on our site are immediately available for shipping. We do our best to accurately estimate when items will ship from our facilities. Q: What payment methods does XPPO Direct.com accept?
A: XPPO Direct.com accepts all major credit cards. Checks will also be accepted upon approval. Orders paid for by check will not be shipped until the check clears.

Q: Does XPPO Direct.com charge sales tax?
A: Generally only if the products purchased are being shipped to or billed to a Wisconsin address. XPPO Direct.com's main office is located in Wisconsin and therefore these orders are subject to a sales tax. We are required to charge sales tax in a few other states but that may vary depending on our vendors locations. Please see our Store Policy page for details.

Q: Does XPPO Direct.com offer free shipping?
A: XPPO Direct.com typically does not offer free shipping since we always sell our products at the lowest possible prices on the internet. However large orders that qualify for "Full Freight Allowed" will be shipped at no charge.

Q: Does XPPO Direct.com ship to P.O. Boxes?
A: No. we do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

Q: Are all items shipped via the same method?
A: XPPO Direct..com ships all normal shipping items via UPS. Freight items are shipped through various freight companies depending on where the order is being shipped.

Q: How can I track my order?
A: You can check your order status and tracking number online by going the Customer Service page at XPPODirect.com. From this screen just enter your order confirmation number and click GO.


RETURNS
Q: What is the return policy?
A
: We offer 30 days to return an item for store credit that is unused and resalable because we understand that contractors, plumbers and building projects can be delayed and entire designs may change by the time installation comes. Please see "Our Policies" for more detail.

Q: What is the restocking fee?
A: XPPO Direct.com applies a 25% restocking fee to orders unless the products are defective.
