XPPO DIRECT offers the following Shipping, Payment, and Return Policy:

SHIPPING POLICY
We ship only to the lower 48 states (no international shipping). Products are shipped F.O.B. shipping point with freight costs and handling fees paid by seller and charged to the buyer. C.O.D. shipments are not permitted. Other terms and conditions may apply for freight collect, export orders, hazardous materials, special handling or shipments outside the contiguous United States. Any extra charges incurred for additional services, such as customer's carrier or special handling by the carrier, must be paid by the buyer. Title and risk of loss pass to the customer upon tender of shipment to the carrier. If product is damaged in transit, customer must file claim with the carrier.

*Certain orders that are shipped outside the reach of our normal delivery network may carry shipping and or residential up charges. If your delivery address falls within one of these areas, you will be notified by email with your options. One option being able to cancel your order if so desired. In that case your card would not be billed.

*Additional charges may be incurred for any off land properties that are only accessible by ferry or plane.

*We reserve the right of refusal on any order.

SALES TAX POLICY
Our store charges and collects sales tax for all orders shipped to Wisconsin at a 5.6% rate. In addition, Guardian orders shipped to the following states will be charged sales tax:  CA-8.50%, MA-6.25%, PA-6.0%, SD-4.0%. Orders shipped outside of these states are not subject to sales tax. Please refer to your states sales tax policies, for laws and guidelines within your state.

PAYMENTS
We accept the following methods of payment: Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Checks will be accepted upon approval. All payments are made in full at the time of your purchase, including shipping. All items in our store are generally in stock and ready for delivery within a couple of days, with the exception of a few items and special orders which may required some lead time (see item description for details). Orders paid for by check will not be shipped until the check clears.

RETURN POLICY
Merchandise may be returned within 30 days of purchase date for a full refund (less restocking charge), provided it is in its original packaging and in a resalable condition. Returns are subjected to a minimum 25% restocking fee plus all shipping charges. Shipping charges are non refundable. Returns are completely at our discretion. If you are not sure what the return policy is for a certain item, then please inquire before you make your purchase. No returns will be accepted without a Return Goods Authorization, issued by either XPPO DIRECT or our vendor that shipped your goods. Returned goods authorizations must be received from XPPO DIRECT only.

All products must be returned in original packaging and in reasonable condition. We will not accept damaged merchandise that was not inspected by the customer upon delivery and not claimed on the original delivery receipt. Installed product cannot be returned for credit.

FREIGHT CLAIMS
We take every effort to ensure that your order is picked and processed correctly. We also use extra packaging to ensure that it arrives to you safely.

Please inspect your order carefully at the time of receipt, you should confirm the accuracy of the order and verify that all products have arrived in satisfactory condition. Any claims for damages and/or errors must be made immediately. Any damaged product will be replaced and any errors will be corrected immediately.

XPPO DIRECT cannot accept responsibility for any damages that are concealed. Please make sure your freight is acceptable when you sign for it. Once you have signed for your goods in good shape any later recourse would have to be taken up directly with the freight company that delivered your goods.

CANCELLATION POLICY
You may cancel your order, and receive a refund provided your order has not been shipped from our inventory, or a non-cancelable purchase order, had not been generated by XPPO DIRECT to our vendor. Please e-mail us and we can inform you of the status of your order and advise you whether or not the order can be canceled for a full refund. You must e-mail us to confirm cancellation.

MANUFACTURER's WARRANTY and PRODUCT DEFECT PROTECTION
XPPO DIRECT sells only quality products from leading industry manufacturers. All products are covered by the manufacturer's comprehensive warranties. No matter where you live within the US, the manufacturers provide complete and documented warranties with every product.

Any items needed to be replaced or refunded due to you feeling that the item is defective, is subject to final inspection by the manufacturer. The manufacturer must claim their product defective to replace or refund. If the manufacturer feels that there is no defect in a product then we must represent their decision.
