Q: Do I have to create an account at XPPO in order to make a purchase?
A: No. However creating and account by registering your name, address, and billing information will allow you to save your cart for return visits, use the express lane during checkout, check the status of your order, as well as other great features.

Q: Does XPPO accept phone orders? 
A: No. All ordering, price quotes, stock status and shipping quotes are provided online or by email. 

Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs and sales tax by adding an item to your cart, and then viewing your cart (click on the Cart button in the upper right hand corner OR click the View Cart link located below your order subtotal). You will then need to provide your location (country, city, zip code) and select a shipping service to obtain estimated shipping and sales tax. Final shipping costs will also be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.

Q: Why is my credit card not being accepted during checkout?
A: The name and billing address used during the checkout process MUST be identical to the name and billing address that your credit card company has on file.

Q: How long does it generally take to process an order? 
A: It usually takes up to two business days for us to process an order (prior to shipping it). Once the order has shipped, your estimated time of arrival will be determined by the selected shipping method. Estimated shipping dates are based on several factors, including how quickly we can obtain and assemble items for shipment.

Q: What happens when an item is out-of-stock? 
A: Not all products listed on our site are immediately available for shipping. We do our best to accurately estimate when items will ship from our facilities. These estimates are based on several factors, including how quickly we can obtain and assemble items for shipment. If a product is out of stock lead times may vary. 

Q: What payment methods does XPPO accept? 
A: XPPO accepts all major credit cards. Checks will also be accepted upon approval. Orders paid for by check will not be shipped until the check clears.

Q: Does XPPO charge sales tax? 
A: Generally only if the products purchased are being shipped to or billed to a Wisconsin address. XPPO's main office is located in Wisconsin and therefore these orders are subject to a sales tax. We are required to charge sales tax in a few other states but that may vary depending on our vendors locations. Please see our Store Policy page for details.

Q: What are XPPO's shipping rates and policies?

Q: Does XPPO offer free shipping? 
A: XPPO typically does not offer free shipping since we always sell our products at the lowest possible prices on the internet. However large orders that qualify for "Full Freight Allowed" will be shipped at no charge. 

Q: Does XPPO ship to P.O. Boxes? 
A: No. we do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

Q: Are all items shipped via the same method? 
A: XPPO ships all normal shipping items via UPS or FedEx. Freight items are shipped through various freight companies depending on where the order is being shipped.

Q: How can I track my order? 
A: You can check your order status and tracking number online by clicking on My Account at the top of any page. You must be a registered user to view your order status.

Q: What is the return policy?
: Merchandise may be returned within 30 days of purchase date for a full refund (less restocking charge), provided it is in its original packaging and in a resalable condition. Please see "Our Policies" for more detail.

Q: What is the restocking fee?
A: XPPO applies a 25% restocking fee to orders unless the products are defective.
